Dr Marthe Kampinga
MD, PhD (Cardiology)
Marthe is originally from the Netherlands and joined our team in September 2022. Marthe completed her medical training in the Netherlands with a PhD in Intervention Cardiology.
After working as a Cardiology trainee in hospital for 3 years, she started General Practice and is now completing her fellowship with the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners.
Marthe has an interest in minor surgery. She can also provide cortisone injections and as part of women's health she is trained to insert IUDs/Jadelle contraception devices.
In her spare time, Marthe enjoys exploring New Zealand with her family.
